State Route 18 is back open between 104th Street and Tiger Mountain after an incident involving a delivery truck that spilled eggs all over the roadway. Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson said the accident would "take a bit to clear." The roadway was closed around 4 a.m. and reopened shortly after noon.
