Starting at Monday at 7 p.m., a semi-truck has been stuck in the arrivals lane and has backed up traffic for miles on State Route 518 onto Interstate 5. The semi-truck entered arrivals and was unable to drive further due to the height of the pedestrian sky bridges above, according to the airport.
