A Pierce County homicide suspect was shot and killed by law enforcement in east Bremerton after a standoff with deputies and SWAT officers for hours Friday morning, the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office said. A woman was also transported to the hospital after being shot, although KCSO did not specify if the woman was connected to the suspect. Officials from the Pierce County Sheriff's Department (PCSD), the FBI and Kitsap County deputies first attempted to arrest the suspect in the 3000 block of Forest Drive at around 3 a.m. Friday.
