A suspect involved in a police chase that ended in a crash on Interstate 5 in Snohomish County Tuesday afternoon is on the loose. The pursuit ended in a crash and fire, briefly blocking three lanes of northbound I-5 in Lynnwood on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
