Israelis Guy Gilboa-Dalal and Evyatar David "have been friends since kindergarten," as Ilay, Evyatar's brother, says. And on October 7, 2023, they were dancing at the Nova music festival. Both were kidnapped by Hamas militants during its unprecedented attack on Israel, and have been held in Gaza since then. In his turn, Guy's brother, Gal, has led a life of pain and worry since the attack.
