Several dozens of activists gather in the southeast of Amsterdam to march towards ING bank's headquarters, as Dutch branch of environmental NGO Friends of the Earth, Milieudefensie, officially launches legal action against ING. Milieudefensie has presented a writ of summons to the Dutch courts, demanding that the banking giant halve its CO2 emissions by 2030 and stop financing companies developing fossil fuel projects.
