Description
Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Senior Special Agent Brian Fraley was called as the first witness in the trial. The defense cross-examined Fraley after he presented the jury with photos of Evelyn's body.
The jury was also shown the video of Boswell being questioned by Fraley and a Sullivan County deputy in February 2020.
