Viewer discretion is advised.*** The Knoxville Police Department released officer body camera footage of the fatal shooting of 49-year-old Shilo Rice on June 20. Police said the woman had a knife and charged at three officers who were responding to reports of a woman armed with a knife who was threatening to harm herself and others. Rice was pronounced dead at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
