Description
Wylie ISD Superintendent Dr. David Vinson is leading efforts to change a 30-year-old Texas law. Vinson is leading a coalition with asking lawmakers to give more control to local school districts when it comes to disciplining students. Vinson says the school district spent $1.5 million on 12 problem students last year causing a huge financial deficit to the district's budget.
