Forbes' 2025 World's Billionaires List includes plenty of familiar faces in Houston. Landry's Inc. CEO and Houston Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta is the richest of the local billionaires included on the list at No. 220 overall. His estimated net worth is $11.3 billion, up 20% from $9.4 billion in early 2024. Fertitta remains Houston's top billionaire after he first earned the title on the 2024 Forbes 400 List, which ranks the 400 richest Americans. That list was released in October 2024.
