A small plane was forced to make an emergency landing in east Houston Wednesday night, according to police. The Cessna aircraft landed on Fidelity Street and Yuma Street near the Clinton Park area shortly before 9 p.m. HPD Lt. Raska said a pilot and trainee came out of west Houston on a training flight and were on the way back from a loop through Galveston when the plane lost power.
