Gerald Goines is charged with the 2019 shooting deaths of a Houston couple during a botched drug raid that was based on lies the ex-cop told to get a search warrant. Dennis Tuttle, 59, and his 58-year-old wife Rhogena Nicholas were gunned down in a shootout with officers. The couple and their dog were killed after officers burst into their home on Harding Street using a “no-knock” warrant that didn’t require them to announce themselves.
