Weeks after record-flooding in Harney County, evacuation levels around Burns have been lowered to Level One or have been lifted altogether. Health officials are still warning people not to take flood-contaminated debris from dumpsters due to health concerns. The city of Burns' drinking water remains safe and unaffected.
