A fire broke out at a homeless camp at a Thousand Acres Dog Park on the Sandy River, off Interstate 84 in Troutdale. It happened just before 5 a.m. Corbett Fire responded about 20 minutes later and appeared to have put the fire out. The agency did not release any information about the cause of the fire.
