Jacob Hartley, the general manager of Bartini and Urban Fondue, died on Feb. 10. His wife, Carly, said you could rely on him to help others when needed. She said his main goal in life was "to make sure his family was taken care of and his kids had everything they wanted. And he wanted to make sure that his kids always had the things they wanted because he didn't get that very much."
