Tragedy struck a family in Northeast Portland when three people died after a power line fell in their neighborhood and they were charged with electricity. Ronald Briggs lost his 21-year-old daughter and his 15-year-old son. His daughter's boyfriend also died. "I have six kids, I lost two of them in one day," said Briggs. His 9-month-old grandson survived after a neighbor stepped in to help grab the baby.
