Description
Jan. 4 on The Story: Last week, the Washington Department of Ecology released a report looking at the impacts of air pollution throughout the state. Vancouver residents were among those identified as having average life spans 2.4 years shorter than people in other areas of the state. But they're not alone; as much as 15% of the state's population lives in areas with similarly significant impacts from air pollution.
