The Dalles, Oregon poet, Fiona Dunlop wrote "I Want To Live" to help her process her negative reactions to laws passed in Florida. "They passed a don't say gay bill. They just recently passed a don't say period bill. It was one of the things that caused me to write the poem," she said. Writing helps Fiona.
