Description
June 22, 2023 on The Story: Since the racial justice protests that began in spring 2020, parts of downtown Portland have been covered with plywood boards, wooden barriers or metal fencing. Nowhere has that been more prevalent than around the battered institutions of justice — buildings that, to some, represented the opposite of justice. Hatfield Courthouse are still fortified. But that's about to change, at least for one of those buildings.
