Here's the latest forecast on snow in Portland and snow in Oregon. Some people around the Willamette Valley woke up Wednesday to a dusting of snow on the ground, including in Portland. There were reports of sticking snow in the higher elevations, about 500 feet and above. KGW meteorologist Rod Hill said Vancouver, Portland and Salem will see a mix of wet showers to snow during the day. Portland areas to the north may stay dry or simply see a few flurries Wednesday night. Snow showers with a dusting of snow to an inch will be scattered to the south through Salem and Albany.
