Jan. 24, 2023 on The Story: In The Dalles, a housing services organization called Bridges to Change has begun outreach to people struggling with addiction thanks in part to the funding they received from Oregon's Measure 110. It's vital work, the kind that Measure 110 was intended to support. But even with the extra funding, the people on the ground say that they're running into different kinds of barriers, especially when it concerns getting people connected with actual treatment — the kind that involves getting people into detox beds.
