Lake Oswego needs a new treatment facility and the state-of the-art water treatment plant will be placed in a 6-acre footprint, forcing those businesses out. One Lake Oswego business owner who would be forced out said he'll likely have to move his business out of Lake Oswego. "It feels unfair," he said.
