Erik and Lyle Menendez, who are in prison for the 1989 killing of their parents in a murder case that became the subject of a Netflix documentary, "are not ripe for resentencing," Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman says outside court in Van Nuys, California ahead of a resentencing hearing.
