Two people died and a juvenile was arrested after a shooting outside the Foothills Mall in Fort Collins Saturday evening. Fort Collins Police said at around 5 p.m., a caller reported to dispatchers that a shooting had happened on a sidewalk outside the Foothills Mall. Police determined the shooting happened in the 200 block of East Foothills Parkway.
