Two of Colorado's best-known craft breweries are coming together.
Left Hand Brewing Company and Dry Dock Brewing Company announced Wednesday that they are combining.
As part of the transaction, Dry Dock's two owners will acquire equity in Indian Peaks Brewing Company, which is the parent company of Left Hand and now also the parent company of Dry Dock. Dry Dock will move its brewing production and packaging operation to Left Hand's Longmont facility, but will continue to operate its taproom in Aurora.
