Niko Medved is leaving Colorado State, according to reports. The CSU men's basketball coach will be introduced as the next coach at the University of Minnesota in a news conference Tuesday, according to a report from CBSSports.com. Medved graduated from Minnesota and grew up in the Minneapolis area. Medved, 51, guided Colorado State to the NCAA Tournament in three of the past four seasons. The 12th-seeded Rams (26-10) beat fifth-seeded Memphis before being eliminated from the tournament with a 72-71 loss to fourth-seeded Maryland on Sunday.
