A woman was arrested Friday on felony charges related to the death of her elderly mother who was attacked by dogs in their southern Colorado home, authorities said. Jessica Hoff, 47, faces charges of criminal negligence resulting in death of an at-risk adult and 54 counts of aggravated cruelty to animals, according to the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office. She has been booked into the Pueblo County Jail.
