Columbine High School did an early release on Wednesday after a fire broke out in the wood shop classroom. Two firefighters were injured, according to South Metro Fire Rescue. Just before 11 a.m., the agency reported on social media that crews were at the school on South Pierce Street for reports of a fire in the classroom.
