The Aurora Police Department reported one of the three outstanding fugitives from a December kidnapping case was arrested in Denver. Yusmary Carolina Panza-Ruiz, 34, was arrested on Saturday in Denver for an active warrant out of Arapahoe District Court, according to police. Panza-Ruiz faces several felony charges including second-degree kidnapping, extortion and second-degree burglary, police said.
