Court proceedings for the man charged with two counts of first-degree murder related to two random attacks on or near RTD buses are on hold after he pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. Vinchenzo Moscoso entered the plea Monday morning for both counts of first-degree murder. As a result of the plea, an in-custody mental health evaluation was ordered and a mental health stay was put in place – essentially halting the case.
