Denver Health announced it will no longer offer gender-affirming surgeries to minors in an attempt to hold onto federal funding. The hospital confirmed to 9NEWS they won't offer the surgery to people under the age of 19. The announcement comes after President Trump attempted to freeze all federal spending that did not align with his beliefs and priorities and took aim at trans people, diversity equity and inclusion and abortion.
