Description
Colorado prison records for Elijah Caudill – suspected in two murders on Denver’s 16th Street Mall – told others in 2023 and 2024 that he was hearing voices, according to documents obtained by 9NEWS Investigates.
Caudill’s criminal history began with an arrest for third-degree assault before he turned 18 in 2018 – because of his age, that record is not publicly available.
Since then, he’s been arrested at least 10 times on charges ranging from theft to assault and sexual assault to felony menacing – all before last weekend’s murders of Celinda Levno, a 17-year-old flight attendant on a layover in Denver, and Nicholas Burkett, 34.
