Colorado representative Jenny Willford, D-Northglenn, is suing Lyft and an independent transportation company because she said they failed to take proper actions to protect her. According to the lawsuit, Willford was taking a Lyft home on Feb. 24 around 2 a.m. when the driver made unwanted sexual advances and ultimately assaulted her.
