Aurora Public Schools will operate on a two-hour delayed start Thursday and Friday due to an internet and phone outage. The district said the delayed start is intended "to support our teachers and staff in preparing for the school day." In addition to the two-hour delay for schools, morning preschool is canceled Thursday, the district said. Afternoon preschool will be held as scheduled. There are no preschool classes on Fridays.
