The man convicted in a 2020 crash that killed a Commerce City detective and another woman was sentenced Thursday to 20 years in the Colorado Department of Corrections. Fructuoso Rosales-Cano, 49, was convicted in November of vehicular homicide - DUI after a three-day trial in Adams County District Court. The judge sentenced him to 10 years on each conviction to be served consecutively for a total of 20 years.
