Description
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating an incident involving a plane operated by a Colorado company that came closer than it should have to an active runway at Los Angeles International Airport.
The plane operated by Key Lime Air, which was incorporated in Colorado in 1996, was carrying members of the Gonzaga University men’s basketball team. It had just landed, and the pilots were on a taxiway approaching an active runway where they were expected to wait for permission to proceed.
