Two juveniles each face multiple charges in connection with the shooting of a Fort Collins woman who was wounded when she interrupted two people breaking into her vehicle. Rachel Drogsvold was shot around 1:20 a.m. on Oct. 21 at her home in the 700 block of Crown Ridge Lane. She was woken up by a family member who saw two people breaking into her vehicle, which was parked in front of her residence.
