The parents of a murdered woman this week filed a wrongful death lawsuit against former Regis University professor Nicholas Myklebust, who is charged with first-degree murder. Seorin Kim, 44, was found severely beaten July 29 in her home in the 3200 block of Syracuse Street. Doctors pronounced Kim dead at the hospital, while Kim and Myklebust's 2-and-a-half month old daughter was found dead in the home.
