An investigation was underway after a single-engine plane crashed Thursday morning, killing the pilot, according to a release from the Morgan County Sheriff's Office. The Morgan County Coroner's Office on Monday identified the pilot as Kyle Scott, of Fort Morgan. Scott was a well-known aviator. He was co-owner of Scott Aviation and CO Fire Aviation, Inc.
