Colorado is home to another Michelin-starred restaurant after the Michelin Guide revealed a new local recipient of the sought-after rating Monday. The addition expands the number of Michelin-starred restaurants in Colorado to six. It's the second year the Michelin Guide has rated restaurants in the area. The guide's anonymous reviewers granted a single-star rating to Alma Fonda Fina, a contemporary Mexican concept at 2556 15th St., in Denver’s Lower Highland neighborhood.
