Arvada Fire announced on Sunday night the off-duty death of a firefighter. Kyle Trombly, 34, died after suffering injuries in a motor vehicle crash Sunday in Arvada, the department said. Police said the two-vehicle crash happened around 10:25 a.m. at the intersection of Indiana Street and Highway 72/86th Parkway. No other injuries were reported.
