The United Auto Workers union filed federal labor charges on Tuesday against Elon Musk and Donald Trump for what it says were threats to intimidate workers who go on strike. The charges claim they had interfered with employees exercising a right to organize against the company along with suggestions those striking workers would be fired. It's unlikely either would face significant penalties if it's found they broke labor laws, and any action could take a long time to resolve.
