The Interlaken Fire had burned 585 acres as of Friday morning, with 5% containment along the northwest edge, according to U.S. Forest Service officials. Investigators said an abandoned campfire that had not been properly put out was the cause of the fire. There will be a community meeting about the Interlaken Fire at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Leadville Lake County Fire Station, 141 CR 10.
