Community College of Denver is relocating its graduation ceremony due to protests at the Auraria Campus, the college announced Monday. "As of today, protesters remain in their encampment on the Auraria Campus," the college said in a statement Monday. "They have informed campus leadership of their plans to continue protest activities, including disrupting commencement celebrations." The college said they would continue remote learning for the week, and Thursday's commencement ceremony would be relocated to the Lowry Campus in east Denver. The ceremony was previously scheduled to be held on the Auraria Campus. No other changes have been made to the event, the statement said.
