In Baltimore, crews have started removing shipping containers from the cargo ship that caused the collapse the Francis Scott Key Bridge. The Coast Guard says it's working to take enough weight off the ship so it can eventually be moved. Once enough debris is removed, they can also reopen the channel to larger commercial ships.
