Police have identified a suspect after a man was killed in a gang-related shooting Saturday night, Fort Collins Police said. Officers responded around 11:15 p.m. to an apartment complex in the 700 block of Mangold Lane for a report of someone being shot in an apartment. The victim died on the scene, police said.
