Family members have identified the teenager who was killed while driving in Adams County early Sunday morning. According to her family, 19-year-old Amia Radke was shot and killed just a block away from her home. Her car then crashed into a neighbor's property. Radke's mother was seriously injured, and remains in the hospital.
