Colorado State Patrol dash camera video shows a trooper pulling over Republican state Rep. Mike Lynch in September 2022. Lunch was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and possessing a gun while drunk.
The Denver Post first reported, and 9NEWS have confirmed, that Colorado State Patrol (CSP) arrested Lynch (R-Wellington). Lynch's blood alcohol content (BAC) was 0.157, almost twice the legal limit, and he was driving 90 mph, 15 mph over the speed limit.
In an interview with 9NEWS, he explained why he did not tell the public: "It's a personal matter and I didn't think there was a reason to."
