Description
No one was hurt when a small plane flipped during an emergency landing Thursday afternoon in Pasco County.
It happened around 12:45 p.m. in a field near Grand Boulevard and Dove Drive in Holiday.
According to the Federal Aviation Administration, the pilot reported an engine issue before landing in the field. The pilot was the only person onboard.
Photos show the Luscombe 8A aircraft upside down on the ground.
Pasco County firefighters responded to the scene. The FAA and the Pasco County Sheriff's Office are continuing to investigate.
