Police have identified the man who they say was found dead in the waters of Old Tampa Bay at Cortland Bayside near U.S. Highway 19. According to the Clearwater Police Department, Tony Alfonzo-Royce Walker, 38, was found floating near the mangroves Saturday morning. No further details were immediately provided, however, the Pinellas County Medical Examiner's Office is determining the cause of death. An investigation is ongoing.
